10RG provides free temporary (disposable) email addresses. The Service allows you to:

• Generate temporary email addresses
• Receive emails at those addresses
• Read and manage received messages
• Access via web interface, API, or MCP integration

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Sending spam or unsolicited messages
• Fraud, phishing, or any illegal activity
• Harassment or abuse of others
• Circumventing security measures of other services
• Any activity that violates applicable laws

4. No Guarantee of Delivery

Temporary email is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee:

• Delivery of all emails sent to your temporary address
• Uptime or availability of the Service
• Retention of messages beyond the stated expiration period

5. Data and Privacy

• Emails and inboxes are automatically deleted after expiration
• Do not use temporary email for sensitive or important communications

6. Account Terms

Registered accounts are optional and provide extended features:

• You are responsible for maintaining your account security
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms
• You can delete your account at any time

7. API and MCP Usage

• API access is subject to rate limits
• API keys are personal and should not be shared
• Excessive or abusive API usage may result in throttling or blocking

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, and its code are the property of 10RG. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Loss of data or messages
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Any damages resulting from use of the Service

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
